Atlantic City Restaurant- Docks Oyster House, Knife and Fork, Harry's Oyster Bar
LGA Team: Lynn Gaffney, Jarrett Boor, Eduardo Villagomez, Matthew Radune, Laura Sinn
Clients: Frank Dougherty/Maureen Shay; Contractor: John Mirenda Construction Inc.
LGA designed three restaurants for the Dougherty Shay family in Atlantic City over the course of ten years. Two had a century’s worth of history while the third was a new venture. LGA approached each gut renovation with respect for times past and the client’s traditional stylistic vision as well as profitability, staff efficiency, and successful visual impact.
